Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly- To advise customers on product suitability- To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date- To liaise with Servicing department to schedule installation of product and servicing- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

The Candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in customer service - Essential- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate
