Job Description
West Sussex County Council are looking for a number of Support Workers to join their team at Stanhope Lodge Care Home located in Worthing. As a Support Worker, your duties will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and supporting individuals with their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to adults in a residential care home setting
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication as required
- Support individuals with their daily activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks
- Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
- Valid DBS, Covid Pass and Photo ID
