West End consultancy company recruiting for a Part-time Office Administrator, 15 hours per week over three, four or five days (flexible). Office based, friendly busy office.
- Supporting the Finance & Administration Manager in maintaining a safe working environment (in line with Health & Safety regulations).
- Carry out Health & Safety checks and monitoring, as required.
- Ensure fire tests and drills are carried out and arrange training of Fire Marshals and First Aiders.
- Source and organise/co-ordinate CPD (Continuous Professional Development) events (in house and online).
- Source and supply PPE.
- Source and book training courses, as required, including arranging travel and accommodation where required.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and presentable; provide support/set up for meetings, registration of guests, meeting room bookings etc.
- Order and management of office supplies and consumables.
- Ensure all shared areas are stocked and supplied and clean and presentable at all times.
- To carry out administration task - staff expenses, management of holidays, organisation of internal meetings, booking travel etc.
- Provide administrative support to the Inverness office.
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage a wide range of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and to operate proactively.
- Ability to use own initiative and organise own workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills including the use of Office365 applications.
