- Developing and delivering systems projects to enhance our Transport Management Systems.
- Analysing data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Training and supervising new employees on our systems and processes.
- Providing reliable business support via various channels, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Degree in Business, Transport Planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations based on data.
- Excellent decision-making and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Passenger Transport legislation and Council obligations.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and maintaining data accuracy.
