Our client is a beautiful and exciting corporate and commercial event space and restaurant in Edinburgh. Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager who provides a sensational customer service experience with style and a huge smile? Then you might be the one!
Benefits and pay range:
- £32,000+ per annum or £15 per hour, depending on experience.
- Permanent, Full-Time position, 42 hour week.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for delivering the best customer experience possible within the restaurant
- Managing team and motivating them to achieve excellence
- Provide training, support and development to staff
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food quality and service standards
- Being the face of the restaurant - being friendly, approachable and energetic toward customers, staff and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in Restaurant operations
- Experience managing staff
- Hands on approach, with an eye for detail and a strong customer focus
- A mature, engaged and enthusiastic outlook
- Knowledge of wine, food and service
