Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to company standards.
- Set and maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimise costs
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Regular stock takes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining establishment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management)
