Customer Relationship Manager - Internal Sales

A rapidly growing organisation with multiple brands trading throughout the UK building sector.
This is a company that operates from 60 regional locations across the country, providing a wide catalogue of products sold to all sectors of the building trade.
They are well known for their entrepreneurial structure and management fast-track programme. Do well in this role and you can expect opportunities for promotion to key account management or area business manager within 5 years.

THE ROLE
Based from the Edinburgh branch and part of the office team, your primary role will be to manage on-going relationships with the customer base, responding to enquiries over the phone and by email, providing quotes, sourcing stock from suppliers and supporting the field sales team and the Branch Manager where necessary. This is a varied role where no two days are same and you can expect a rewarding, interesting, varied and fun working environment
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for an engaging people person who enjoys a team orientated working environment, someone who excels at building relationships, problem-solving and helping to work to common goals as part of a team. Hopefully you’ll be ambitious with designs on furthering your career so that you can take advantage of the ongoing training and development programmes available. Your background and experience are less important but you should be able to demonstrate experience in a customer-centric role preferably within a trade or office environment.
