We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a professional services team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the administrative finance tasks.
Monday to Friday - 9-5pm.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Description
- Corrections of procurement coding of POs to align with the AP process.
- Handle daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
- A background in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of Oracle.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
