Chef De Partie – Hotel. 2 AA rosettes- Egham

We are looking for an experienced Chef De partie to assist in the management of the main kitchen team alongside the Head chef and Sous as this busy property in Egham. As Chef de Partie you will work within the main kitchen you will be responsible for all sections for all of the hotels F&B outlets including their 2 AA rosette restaurant, banqueting and Lounge Bar.

The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:

Chef de partie or a strong demi Chef de partie experience in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
Rosette experience preferable
Ability to manage a team
Fresh food background.
Flexible to work hours as required
