Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client who is based in Ellesmere Port. They are seeking a Shipping Team Leader to join the team. As a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, they need someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and has excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, keep reading!
As a Shipping Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping operations for our automotive manufacturing company. This includes:
- Managing a team
- Ensuring the accurate and timely shipping of our products
- Completing shipping paperwork with the upmost accuracy
- Booking in HGV Deliveries
- FLT Driving from time to time, so a valid Counterbalance licence is crucial
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong administration and accurate data inputting skills
- Previous Team Leader / Management experience
- Valid Counterbalance Licence
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, Automotive desirable.
- Ability to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern of Days/Afternoons and Nights as our production runs 24/7
- Transport to be able to get to and from site as no public transport will accommodate the shift pattern or location
