Reed Epsom are supporting our client with the recruitment of a talented sales support professional to join the team

as Technical Sales Support Executives and grow our award-winning business.

You will be of course answering calls and responding to web enquiries, but this role is so much more.

You will be fully trained on all our solutions to enable you to give first line support and advice. You will assist directors and account managers with enterprise sales solutions, helping to find ways to meet our biggest customer's needs, overcome delivery challenges and finance queries as well as supporting eCommerce and marketing and sales teams in meeting key KPI's.

This role will involveclient site visits and site surveys, providing quotes and solutions based on the customer need as well as preparing sales decks for account managers. Supporting the customer service manager in the delivery of a first-class service to both internal and external customers.

As a Technical Sales Support Executive, you will be a key part of a close team working across the business with all our core functions including finance, distribution, product development, sales and marketing.
