Are you looking for a Hybrid Part-Time position as a Sales Support Administrator?

Reed Business Support are currently hiring for flexible, hybrid-working positions for 20-25 hours per week at a growing and exciting Shutters and Blinds company in the Bromley area!

  • £26k OTE (Pro rata'd, £24k base).
  • Hybrid working.
  • Regular team activities, fun and friendly place to work.
  • 2 vacancies.
  • Evening shifts (8pm finish).
  • 20-25 hours per week.
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays required, office-based and 9-4.

Sales Support Administrator duties:

  • To manage all new orders as well as providing a detailed confirmation of order documents for all customers to complete and sign.
  • Responsibility for managing the diaries of all Surveyors, ensuring that appointments are efficiently booked allowing time for travel.
  • To assist customers visiting the Showroom in person ensuring they feel valued and welcomed during their visit.
  • To answer phone calls and deal with any telephone queries about our products and/or services.
  • Take payments from customers as required and update records accordingly.
