If so this is the role for you

As part of the Operations Team you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department with service delivery of all internal services including Post, Print, Stationary and Housekeeping.

Duties will be many and varied but will include :-

  • Managing incoming requests using the task management system
  • Checking and approval of invoices and allocating to correct budget codes
  • Overseeing Facilities and maintenance requests
  • Stocking catering supplies in all staff kitchens
  • High volume scanning and printing requests
  • Managing and training General Office Assistants to deliver workplace services
  • Arranging shift patterns to suit business needs and relief reception cover
  • Manage and record workloads
  • Provide assistance to the Office Manager
  • Monitor the floors and work environment for good housekeeping
  • Assist with meeting room set up for large events
  • Liaise with external providers
  • Daily receiving, sorting, processing and distributing of all deliveries
  • Firstline management of basic printer maintenance and liaising with 3rd party providers for equipment and software issues
  • Document printing, scanning and finishing
  • General Maintenance tasks

This is a busy and involved position for someone with previous experience within Facilities, Post or Print room duties looking for a responsible Team Leader position.
