You will need to be passionate about client care.
Our client is offering an outsourced payroll function to dynamic businesses and is offering a competitive salary plus a package that includes flexible working. You will be responsible for the processing and administration of payroll and other related services, including record keeping and reporting. This is a management role which will necessitate mentoring and overseeing more junior members of staff.

- Good working knowledge of all areas of Payroll
- Qualified by experience or CIPP qualified
- Good management skills and the ability to coach more junior members
- Experience of working in a practice-based environment preferred but not essential
- Ability to carry out manual calculations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
