I am looking to recruit a full time Sous Chef for my client a Restaurant based in Piccadilly and serving homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.
The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving up to 3000 covers a week at this site. They also have a sister operation based in Covent Garden.
The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience in a similar role and well used and passionate on handmade making pasta.
The Sous Chef will have good management skills, be a team player and be supported by the Head Chef and Group Executive Head Chef
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in overseeing a team of 15/20 Chefs, the hours of work are around 45/50 a week over 5 days, and immediate start if in need.
The basic annual salary is up to £40,000 per year.
