Talented Chef de Partie is needed for a stunning history-drenched Private Members Club. Predominently Mon to Fri but some flexibility will be needeed.
Role of Chef de Partie:
- Be part of a team of 30 chefs catering for outlets ranging from a la carte dishes to banqueting, and room service
- Everything is seasonal and made from scratch using the finest ingredients
Requirements of Chef de Partie:
- Have 2 - 5 years of stable experience in five-star hotels, AA Rosette or equivalent kitchens
- Enjoy delivering impeccable standards of service
- Training in classical cookery techniques is vital
