About the job:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the pop-up venue, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead by example and provide guidance to staff to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of the venue for each service, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
About you:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cocktail preparation and service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the nature of the business.
