Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team in Camberley (GU15). This part-time position requires working 24 hours per week over three days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Address patient inquiries and handle payment transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Proficiency with SOE (Software of Excellence) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
