Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our client based in Team Valley on a temporary contract basis, starting ASAP.

We are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our client based in Team Valley on a temporary contract basis. Our client is a reputable organisation looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their HR team.

In this role, you will focus on managing payroll and HR systems associated with the employee life-cycle.

  • Job Title: HR & Payroll Coordinator
  • Location: Team Valley, Gateshead, free parking
  • Immediate start, ongoing temp contract
  • Working Hours - Either Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, or, Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
  • Salary: £13 - £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR databases, including SAP, by creating, deleting, and editing employee life-cycle fields.
  • Generate HR reports as required and provide monthly KPI data and analysis related to headcount, turnover, and absence.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by comparing sets of data and identifying inconsistencies/errors.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll changes and serve as the primary contact for pension and insurance providers or brokers.
  • Support HR colleagues in employee life-cycle activities as needed.
  • Manage the time and attendance system.
  • Advise on absenteeism and leave situations to ensure consistency and policy adherence.
  • Maintain the UKHR inbox, ensuring all documentation is appropriately stored within electronic files.
  • Support HR colleagues in employee life-cycle activities as required.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team.
  • Participate in project teams as appropriate.
