Our client based in Gateshead are looking for an experienced Plumber with Gas to join their team.

Job description:

Working on domestic properties carrying out responsive repairs.
General plumbing duties.
Maintenance and repairs of plumbing fixtures and gas appliances
Ensuring work is carried out in line with current legislations and guidelines.
Providing excellent customer service to all customers.

Person specification:

Must be time served or equivalent
Must have valid CSCS
Must have previous experience carrying out repairs within domestic properties
Must have a valid UK driving license
Competent in repairs and maintenance of gas appliances
Valid ACS gas qualifications are essential: CCN1, CENWAT1,CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CAPA1
Previous experience on social housing properties
