Assistant General Manager

Zhima is the newest venture from Hunky Dory Dining, the company that brough you Chaakoo, Topolabamba and Panang. We have opened a new restaurant in the centre of Glasgow, and we are looking for an Assistant General Managers to join our team.

You will be second in charge to the General Manager and we will task you with maintaining high standards of service, team moral, training and health and safety practices within the restaurant, and helping to manage the training and development needs of your team.

You must have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and leading a team with positivity, good humour and expertise.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a good track record of management at junior level, or ready to take the next step to junior management.
• Have a passion for delivering excellent service, focused on personality, not corporate steps.
• Be willing to take on challenges through leadership.
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout your career.

This is a full time position: 48 hours p/w

£12.22 per hour plus tronc tips.
