Sous Chef

The Citizen Bar & Dining Rooms are looking for a talented, passionate Sous Chef to help lead our team in Glasgow.

Competitive package available, with on target earnings up to £42,000 including generous share of gratuities. 

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a like for like high quality operation
• Possess a genuine passion for cooking.
• Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
