We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning client's fun, supportive team based in Hillington.
It is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week), with a 4 week rotational shift pattern.
Responsibilities:
- - Handle customer enquiries over the telephone, face to face and online.
- - Working with customer care management system.
- - Managing customer orders and communicating with customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- - Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of the customer
- - Working in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues.
About you:
- - 1 year Customer Service Experience(preferred)
- - Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- - Forward thinking
- - 'Can-do' attitude
- - Articulate and confident in all channels of communication
Shifts:
- This role is offered on a 4-week rotational rota:
Week 1 :Monday - Friday
Week 2: Monday - Friday
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 4: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
The successful candidate must be able to work hours between 8am -6pm and have weekend availability.
