- Ownership of AP & AR functions
- Training, hiring and development of the transactional finance team
- Assisting with transformation – reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
- Developing KPI’s and SLA’s to ensure finance can facilitate the businesses strategic objectives
- Maintaining = a robust & compliant operational finance function
- Developing fantastic relationships with customers & suppliers
- Perodic and adhoc reporting to the Head of Finance
- A proven track record of being a supervisor/team leader/manager
- Ideally experience of both AP and AR, although candidates that only have one of the two will still be considered
