Location: Glasgow
Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and fast-paced team in Glasgow. This role is focused on advising high-growth clients, including start-ups, investors, and owner-managed businesses, on a wide range of corporate matters across the full business lifecycle — from formation through to exit.
Role Requirements:
Experience:• At least 2 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work• Confident managing acquisitions, disposals, investments and shareholder arrangements• Familiar with employee share schemes and related commercial documentation• Experienced in running transactions from start to finish and working closely with clients throughout the process
Skills:• Excellent attention to detail and technical drafting ability• Capable of handling multiple matters while delivering prompt, commercial advice• Comfortable with regular direct client contact and managing expectations professionally• Collaborative and proactive approach within a team environment
