- You are a NQ Solicitor or experienced Solicitor / Senior Solicitor, specialising in Employment Law
- You hold a LLB (Hons) DIP LP and an unrestricted Practising Certificate
- You have client facing experience, and can provide employment law support, advice and representation to businesses across the UK
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You have excellent time and diary management
- You have experience attending tribunals and court when required to represent clients
- You can support Trainee’s within the team, develop knowledge, experience and understanding
- You can act as a brand ambassador, promoting the businesses and services on offer
- Managing and maintaining a bespoke portfolio of business clients under the direction of the senior management team
- Following businesses client care protocols
- Advising on retained and ad-hoc business clients needs, via telephone, email, face to face and virtually when required
- Liaising with the Head of Litigation with regards to employment tribunals
- Drafting contracts of employment, handbooks, policies and procedures
- Drafting a range of employment documentation and settlement agreements
- Preparing training materials and delivering training to clients
- Continuously developing skills and experience, satisfying the Law Society’s requirements
- Contributing to any social media activities and initiatives
