Position Available: Family Law Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Summary:This is a great opportunity for a solicitor to join a well-regarded Family Law team within a busy Dispute Resolution practice. The role provides the chance to work on a wide variety of family matters while playing a key role in a progressive, client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload across areas such as divorce, separation, child law, cohabitation and civil partnership matters
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Support business development efforts through client relationship building, marketing activities and contributing to financial objectives
  • Undertake advocacy where appropriate or develop this aspect of your practice

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
  • Proven ability to manage files independently and provide clear, pragmatic advice
  • Advocacy experience preferred, or a willingness to develop this skillset
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and client-focused approach
