Position Available: Family Law Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Summary:This is a great opportunity for a solicitor to join a well-regarded Family Law team within a busy Dispute Resolution practice. The role provides the chance to work on a wide variety of family matters while playing a key role in a progressive, client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload across areas such as divorce, separation, child law, cohabitation and civil partnership matters
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Support business development efforts through client relationship building, marketing activities and contributing to financial objectives
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate or develop this aspect of your practice
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
- Proven ability to manage files independently and provide clear, pragmatic advice
- Advocacy experience preferred, or a willingness to develop this skillset
- Team-oriented with a proactive and client-focused approach
