Job Opportunity: Practice Development Lawyer – Corporate Tax & IncentivesĀ

Overview:A leading legal team is looking to appoint a Practice Development Lawyer to support its Corporate Tax & Incentives practice. This is a key role that offers the chance to shape technical resources, develop training programmes and play a central part in the knowledge strategy of a busy and evolving department.

Role Requirements:Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate tax or a related area• Familiarity with corporate, real estate and employment tax documentation and processes• Previous involvement in developing, managing or using precedent banks, styles and transactional support materials• Comfortable working across various teams and supporting knowledge initiatives at firmwide level

Skills:•Drafting and organisational skills, with a methodical approach to knowledge management• Capable of translating complex tax matters into clear guidance for internal and external use• Effective communicator with the ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments
