Location: Glasgow City Centre
Overview:
This is a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a respected team in Glasgow. The role involves advising a broad client base on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and estate planning, with a focus on long-term client relationships and clear, practical advice.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Qualified in Scots Law with around 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
- Comfortable handling matters such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and the full administration of estates
- Involved in setting up and advising on trusts
- Able to provide advice on inheritance tax and long-term asset planning
Skills:
- Clear communicator with a personable and empathetic approach
- Confident working independently while also contributing to a close-knit team
- Able to manage sensitive client situations with discretion and care
- Interest in working towards the STEP qualification is welcomed
