MDH Recruitmentare working with our client, a fast-growing tech and data company, who are are seeking a seasonedAccount Managerto join them at their office in Central Glasgow.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday role.

Basic salary: 30,000 per annum with uncapped commission and benefits.

Our client are a rapidly expanding tech and data company that provides innovative solutions to businesses in a range of industries. The team is made up of skilled professionals who are passionate about technology and committed to delivering the best possible service to their clients.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining existing relationships with our client base by cross/upselling opportunities within their account. You will work closely with the new business team to develop strategies to increase sales revenue and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Knowledge of CRM software
