SRS Partnership is seeking a Business Development Manager for our clients growing team within their manufacturing and distribution facility in the South Side of Glasgow. The role involves delivering functional results and working towards strategic core values.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can proficiently network, make cold calls to obtain new clients, and sustain existing relationships with our company. This dynamic position is a crucial element of the company's growth and success. Your duties will include creating comprehensive business development plans, managing progress reports, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients within the market or geographic area through cold calling to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Research new clients to develop relationships with them.
  • Work with the team to create proposals that cater to the client's needs and objectives.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client and present products and services to enhance existing relationships.
  • Attend industry functions and events, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Consult with mid and senior-level management to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data input.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years field work.
  • Goal-oriented and enjoyable approach to both work and life.
  • Possess a strong sense of enthusiasm and ability to work collaboratively with others as well as independently.
