Marketing Manager

Monday - Friday: 9.00AM - 5.00PM

Annual Salary between £30,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience

Day to Day Duties

As a Marketing Manager your duties will include:

  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively (brochures, data sheets, presentations etc)
  • Deploy social media strategies on a weekly basis
  • Organise and manage events, shows and exhibitions
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Ensuring digital presence through: video, web, social media, e-commerce
  • Ensuring traditional presence through: print, PR, events
  • Sourcing suppliers from merchandise & printing to external service providers
  • Uphold & champion brand guidelines for internal & external comms
  • Deliver all high-profile communications when required for key stakeholders
  • Liaise with external agencies to manage projects and priorities
  • Manage on-line platforms (eg Lead Forensics & BIP Solutions)
  • Take ownership of awards, memberships & accreditation bodies
  • Ensure all sites are up and running effectively & monitor daily leads
  • Management of the CRM

Essential Skills

As a Marketing Manager it is essential that you:

  • Hold at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
  • Have experience in Management
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Skills in IT and Social media
  • Numeracy skills - Budgeting
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Presentation skills

Desirable Experience

It would be desirable as a Marketing Manager if you:

  • Knowledge of PPC & SEO strategy
  • Experience in creative suite (In-design, Illustrator, Photo-shop)
  • Prior background in composites
  • An understanding of Word Press & Shopify
  • Familiarity with undertaking market research/market mapping
