Reed are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our reputable client. This remote role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of projects and initiatives, including the opening of new schools and business improvement opportunities. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of strategic projects by providing high-quality project management to our Executive Team and other stakeholders.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Identify key project dependencies and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keep project documentation up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress regularly, setting up and running project meetings, producing tracking documents, and highlighting risks and issues.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams across the business, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Prince2 / APMP qualifications or similar, or willingness to study.
  • Experience in project budget tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a range of stakeholders.
  • Dependable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
  • Excellent prioritisation, time management, and workload management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressurised deadlines and across organisational and geographic boundaries.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
