Reed are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our reputable client. This remote role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of projects and initiatives, including the opening of new schools and business improvement opportunities. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of strategic projects by providing high-quality project management to our Executive Team and other stakeholders.
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Identify key project dependencies and ensure deadlines are met.
- Keep project documentation up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress regularly, setting up and running project meetings, producing tracking documents, and highlighting risks and issues.
- Work collaboratively with different teams across the business, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Prince2 / APMP qualifications or similar, or willingness to study.
- Experience in project budget tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a range of stakeholders.
- Dependable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
- Excellent prioritisation, time management, and workload management skills.
- Ability to work under pressurised deadlines and across organisational and geographic boundaries.
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
- Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.
