Role: Office Coordinator

Salary: 22,500 - 24,000 per annum

Hours: 9am-5pm (no weekends)

Duties:

• Scheduling engineers diaries.
• Provide quotes to customers.
• General administrative tasks.
• Order and monitor spare parts.
• Ensure all documentation is kept updated and sent to customers.
• Provide monthly statistics as required.
