A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at Mid Kent Golf Club.
We are looking for candidates who have good background in bar/hospitality services, and who works well under pressure.
You must have a genuine passion for the industry, and a desire to further your career and knowledge by pushing and developing yourself.
Key requirements for this role:
- Minimum 1 year experience similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Attentive and proactive. Professional and enthusiastic.
- Maintain company standards, providing an efficient, professional service at all times.
Duties:
- Ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently, and high standards are maintained at all times. Work closely with our Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager. Help with maintaining stock and receiving stock orders as well as locking up independently after an evening shift.
- Work closely with our franchised catering team and provide excellent service to our members and their guests. Applicants must provide valid right to work documents.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent, minimum 20 hours per week, shift work including evenings & weekends.
Salary: To be agreed, dependent upon experience and responsibilities
