gap healthcare is currently working with a large health and social care provider who supports young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism.
We are looking to recruit temporary and permanent Support Workers in the Great Yarmouth area for full time and part time hours. Various shifts are available between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
If successful, you will be working shifts and you will be expected to support the service users on a one-to-one basis, meeting them at their home, reading their care plan then helping them with accessing the community, independence skills development, minimal personal care, support to identify and attend social and leisure activities.
