Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: Royal Surrey County Hospital Salary: Up to 42,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of hospital facilities.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Conducting electrical inspections and tests as required by regulations.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance staff to address complex technical problems.
  • Responding to emergency calls as needed, ensuring the safety of patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
