Position Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing teams of five or more people. As our Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial strategy and ensuring the smooth running of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 or more finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
  • Support the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.
  • Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a finance team of 5 or more people..
