FP&A Manager - £70,000 - £80,000 + excellent benefits - Surrey (hybrid)Trace Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a global business services organisation, to recruit a qualified FP&A Manager Our client is an industry leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients. With operations globally, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to lead commercial finance and reporting. Reporting into the FD, you will lead FP&A activities and manage the budgeting and forecasting process.About Your New Role

Monthly review and analysis of performance, identifying risks & opportunities.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts.
Responsible for consolidating and submitting the flash reports
Monthly business performance pack and presentations
Responsible for the review and accurate submission of the budgets & forecasts
Capital expenditure reporting.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Professional Accountancy qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving financial results and efficiencies.
Experience working within a large organisation corporate business.
Possess a proactive approach to problem solving
Practical commercial reporting experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
