We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Guildford. The business has a national presence with various regional offices across the country and carry out projects across the commercial, education, MOD and student accommodation sectors with projects valuing typically up to 100mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract and many are framework schemes.
They're now looking to employ an additional Assistant Quantity Surveyor to the team to work on one of the regions schemes which are predominantly within an hour's radius of Guildford. You will be working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, assisting with procurement and managing of sub-contract packages and taking on more responsibility as you progress.
