Assistant Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based near Guildford. The contractor works across various sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and leisure with projects that typically value up to 30mil. Projects are administered via JCT forms of contract and usually within an hour of Guildford.
Due to a recent project win, the business is now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a 12mil project near Guildford. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, procuring and managing various packages until final account. The project is currently in pre-construction and will go to site in the next 3 months meaning this is a fantastic opportunity to join a project from its earliest stage through the whole project lifecycle.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to 40k (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to work for a family owned, cash rich business with a secure pipeline of work in the region.
