Commercial Manager - Fit Out/RefurbÂ
The role:
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor who work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k – £100million. This Commercial Manager role is to lead either a framework, circa £35m annually or take the lead overseeing a major £35m scheme in the Northwest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, management, and governance for all commercial activities, pre and post contract, across either a single large project or a portfolio of projects.
- Drive clear costed strategies across projects on operational delivery, customer engagement and commercial management.
- Support the business objectives regarding work winning/ repeat business and Customer management.
- Actively promote and support the development of the Commercial team.
- Engage with all internal and external stakeholders, adapting personal style to suit the needs of individuals.
- Review of the monthly project cost reports and completing input into the business Board Reports
- Ensuring the businesses cash management plans are rigorously followed.
