  • Process payroll promptly, ensuring timely payslip issuance.
  • Safeguard confidential payroll records like a vault.
  • Data Mastery:
  • Gather, calculate, and input payroll data with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Navigate the intricate web of take-home pay calculations-taxes, benefits, and deductions.
  • Timesheet Vigilance:
  • Validate timesheets and maintain an impeccable record.
  • Detect discrepancies faster than a hawk spotting its prey.
  • HR Collaboration:
  • Harmonise with the HR department-sync employee data seamlessly.
  • Resolve any data mismatches with finesse.
  • Compliance Sentinel:
  • Uphold payroll policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Decode the cryptic scrolls of payroll regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous role administering or involvement with the payroll
  • Skills:
  • Excel sorcery-intermediate skills to tame spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with IRIS software is advantageous.
  • Communication finesse-clear, concise, and professional.
