We're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to provide strategic financial support across key business functions. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, support investment decisions, and enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, forecasting, and performance analysis
Lead and standardise functional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
Support headcount, utilisation, and overhead analysis across multiple functions
Contribute to capital expenditure and change project planning, tracking ROI and benefits
Drive cost optimisation, governance, and financial control improvements
Support finance transformation and systems implementation initiatives
About You:
Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a finance business partnering or analytical role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable presenting to senior audiences and handling complex data
Proficient in Excel, SAP, and other financial systems
Eligible for SC clearance
