Part Time Finance Assistant, £13.50ph, Harrogate, 21 hours per week, Temporary role till the end of 2024
Are you a Finance Assistant available at short notice? Are you able to commit to a role till the end of the year?Due to internal changes our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to work 21 hours a week, hours to be agreed by both parties but flexibility can be offered, to support the Director of Finance.Skills Required:• Basic knowledge of excel.• Accounts experience preferably with SAGE 50 accounts but not essential.Key Responsibilities:• Purchase Ledger• Prepare payment runs and upload to the bank.• Bank Reconciliations• Provide details of sale's to other parties• Cash book postings.• Maintain fixed asset and other registers.• Assist the Director of Finance to prepare management accounts.
