They are a quick growing SME who provide financial services to their clients based across the UK. If you have excellent customer service skills, a great work ethic and are enthusiastic this could be the perfect role for you. Our client will consider applications from both candidates with experience and without. This opportunity would also suit a graduate or school leaver as full training will be provided.

SKILLS REQUIRED 路Confident and personable telephone manner 路Excellent customer service skills 路Good attention to detail 路Competent with Microsoft Packages聽

RESPONSIBILITIES 路Handling inbound customer service enquiries from both new and existing customers 路Update customer records and set up new policies 路Issuing renewal documentation to customers 路Making outbound calls to customers and clients 路Completing the administration process for insurance plans, including setting up, cancellations and postal communications 路Ensure all documentation is sent out to customers and clients in the set time frames 路Escalate any complaints to senior members of the team 路Stay in line with GDPR and FCA regulations
