- Preparing, examining, and analysing financial reports and records.
- Preparing and submitting tax documents.
- Creating effective and cost-efficient financial practices and procedures for both businesses & their associated clients.
- Working with the senior management team at both companies, to maintain and control their individual management information systems.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the dealership's financial operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage the dealership's cash flow and banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the dealership's management team.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies and initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years management accountancy experience within the automotive industry or a similar role.
- Chartered Accountant or relevant qualification from AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proficient in motor related dealer management systems as well as SAGE and all Microsoft Office applications.
- Pinnacle experience would be advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
