Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, as the Junior Maintenance Engineer you will have experience of electrical and mechanical manufacturing machine maintenance.
The Junior Maintenance Engineer will be:
- Shadowing the Production Manager to learn the intricacies of production machine maintenance.
- Carrying out regular inspections on production machinery and equipment to identify potential faults or areas for improvement.
- Helping to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensuring machine breakdown times are minimal to ensure continued production.
- Keeping records of all maintenance activities.
You will have previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be proficient in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively. If you have a Forklift Truck Licence, this will be an advantage.
