As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one of our biggest key accounts.
• Identify and engage to understand their staffing needs.
• Source and match qualified candidates to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to stay competitive.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Regularly attend client site, carrying inductions and candidate training.

Skills:

• Previous experience in recruitment is essential. Candidates with strong people skills or sales background can also be considered.
