Daily tasks will include lots of service desk / IT helpdesk ICT technician calls and emails in a team of 5, classroom support, limited Av and assist with events, documentation and generally keeping the helpdesk running smoothly.
Candidates with experience of DNS, DHCP, Windows Server and Windows 10 and 11 devices preferred
